HomeCookedMeals.uk is a Laravel 12 platform developed for a local UK home food business focused on preparing and delivering home cooked meals through an online pre-order system. The project combines a modern public website with a structured ordering flow, delivery area validation, multilingual support and a complete administration area for managing meals, categories, ingredients, product options, delivery zones, postcode rules, users, contact messages and order-related workflows. The platform was built from the beginning with scalability in mind. Its architecture is prepared for future customer accounts, order history, Stripe payments, extended delivery areas and a more complete food ordering experience. A major part of the project is the custom admin dashboard, which includes more than 20 management modules, activity logging, delivery configuration, multilingual content support and structured backend workflows. The system is designed to help a small local food business manage menus, pre-orders, delivery rules and customer communication in a practical and professional way, while remaining flexible enough to grow into a larger food ordering platform.
